About
A small program, kept small on purpose
We keep a modest collection so every animal gets daily attention: weights logged, feedings recorded, sheds noted. Breeding decisions are made for temperament and vigour, not for what sells fastest. If an animal is not thriving, it is not paired.
We sell in person or by our own delivery within Michigan, so every animal is handed over by the people who raised it.
How we work
- Quarantine first. Every incoming animal spends 60 to 90 days isolated before it joins the collection, with weights, feedings and sheds logged from day one.
- Breeding thresholds. Females are paired only when they are at a healthy adult weight and condition. No animal is bred because the calendar says so.
- Records that travel with the animal. Hatch date, parents, feeding history and weights are kept for every animal and shared with the buyer.
- In-person only. We hand over every animal ourselves, in person or by our own delivery within Michigan, with a written Terms of Sale and health guarantee.
Two halves of one family
The breeding program and Chaos Creatures Rescue share a home, a vet and 24+ years of rescue experience. Rescue intake always takes priority over expanding the collection.
