Chaos Creatures Breeding and Chaos Creatures Rescue ("Chaos Creatures", "we") operate chaoscreaturesmi.com and its subdomains. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, city, and the details you enter in adoption, surrender, inquiry or contact forms, including photos you attach.
- Technical information: server logs with IP address, browser type and pages visited, kept for security and to keep the site running. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
How we use it
- To respond to your application or inquiry and to arrange adoptions, surrenders, sales, pickups and deliveries.
- To send the transactional email and text messages you opted in to (see our SMS consent page).
- To keep animal records that the law and responsible husbandry require.
- To protect the site and our animals from abuse.
Text messaging
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are used only for the messages described on our SMS consent page. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, other than the carriers and messaging providers needed to deliver the messages.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email and SMS delivery, payment processing if you choose to pay online), with veterinarians involved in an animal's care when relevant, and when required by law.
Retention and security
Application and animal records are kept as long as needed for the animal's history and legal requirements. Data is stored on servers we control, encrypted in transit, with access limited to staff who need it and protected by two-factor authentication.
Your choices
Email admin@chaoscreaturesmi.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw consent. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
Children
Our services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date.
